The first thing, just from the top of my head, is how easy Xero is to work with.

My main work with Xero is two fold; coding and reconciling.

I code the entries according to a particular chart of accounts.

With Xero each entry is easy to get to, easy to read, and I can easily code each entry.

Each entry is in its own little box so as an Accountant you are not bombarded with a lot of information you have to sift through. This is more important than people realize because when you are looking at a lot of entries at once, it can be tiring; but with Xero, you can go through each entry faster when it's easier to read.

The second part of most of my work is generating invoices and posting payments.

Again easy to get to, easy to read.

I really do like the layout of Xero; with everything in boxes it's easy to read and navigate.

The reports are also easy to get to and easy to generate.

It makes reconciling an account a breeze.

Xero just has such a "clean" look to it.

We receive quarterly reports that can be reviewed that have been very helpful.
